Canva and artificial intelligence have made it much easier for businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to create their own marketing materials. With a template or a simple prompt, almost anyone can produce a flyer, postcard, brochure, or graphic that looks good on a screen.
But looking good on a screen and being ready for professional printing are two different things.
Files created in Canva or with AI tools can sometimes have incorrect dimensions, missing bleed, low-resolution graphics, unexpected color changes, or limited editability. These issues may not be obvious until the artwork reaches the printer, where they can cause production delays, additional design charges, or disappointing results.
